Tom launched his financial services career in 1965 in New York City. In March 1968, he earned the prestigious Chartered Life Underwriter designation from the American College. Tom is also a Registered Representative of Park Avenue Securities for the sale of securities.
In January 1970, Tom became the youngest General Agent in the history of the Mutual Life Insurance Company of New York (MONY). In 1971, Tom was recognized as MONY’s leading General Agent. In 1988, Tom became a General Agent for The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America.
Tom has received numerous company and industry awards, and is a multiple winner of the coveted National Quality Award. In 2005, Guardian awarded Tom its Career Development Award for the sixth consecutive year.
Tom is the president of Petrone Associates, Inc., which currently partners with more than 1,000 financial professionals. He is a graduate of Gettysburg College.
Tom has four adult sons and lives in Princeton, NJ with his wife.

Michael joined Petrone Associates, Inc., a Guardian Life Insurance Company general agency, in July 2004. Prior to joining Petrone Associates, Michael practiced law for nine years with Jamieson, Moore, Peskin & Spicer and Pepper Hamilton LLP in Princeton, New Jersey. Michael served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Thomas F. Shebell, Jr., Presiding Judge, Appellate Division, New Jersey Superior Court, in 1994-1995.
Michael is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner, having successfully completed the education, examination, experience and ethics requirements of the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc. As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner, Michael counsels clients with respect to risk management/insurance, investments, retirement planning, education savings, and estate planning.
Michael’s insurance practice includes life, disability and long-term care insurance, employee benefits, estate liquidity funding, and business planning, including buy-sell, disability buy-out and key man funding.
Michael is a board member of Central Jersey Legal Services, Inc. and serves as board secretary. He is also a board member of PHS Senior Living, Inc. Foundation (formerly Presbyterian Homes). Michael is currently a member of the Mercer County Regional Chamber of Commerce, a 2006 participant in the Young Business Leaders Council, and chairman of the Chamber’s Small Business Connection. He is also a member of the Princeton-West Windsor sub-chapter of the Mercer Chamber and the Princeton Regional Chamber of Commerce.
In 2005, Michael was Guardian’s leading Long-Term Care specialist, and he regularly conducts seminars on long-term care planning issues. Michael is also the author of the articles “Long-Term Planning,” published in Mercer Magazine in March 2005, and “Health Insurance – Change on the Horizon,” published in Mercer Magazine in July 2007.
Michael is a graduate of Haverford College and the Dickinson School of Law, where he served as Articles Editor of the Law Review.
Michael lives in Princeton, NJ with his wife and their two sons.

Andy joined Petrone Associates, Inc. in 1997. Prior to joining Petrone Associates, Andy served as Project Manager for the New Brunswick Development Corporation and as an officer of the New Jersey Committee for Economic Growth.
Andy is a member of the Eastern Monmouth Area Chamber of Commerce and the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors.
Andy has been recognized seven separate times by Guardian as a Leaders Club qualifier. In addition, Andy has sponsored nurmerous seminars for Certified Public Accountants in the areas of insurance, retirement plans, and tax law changes
Andy’s planning areas include insurance, mutual funds, variable annuities, employee benefits, and retirement plans. He is a graduate of Lafayette College.
Andy lives in Little Silver, NJ with his wife and their three children.

Ryan Anzelone | E-Mail
Ryan joined Petrone Associates, Inc., a Guardian Life Insurance Company general agency, in 2010 as Brokerage Manager specializing in Disability, Long Term Care, and Life Insurance. Prior to his role with Petrone Associates, Ryan worked as a Financial Reporting Co-Op at Centocor Ortho Biotec, of Johnson & Johnson.
As Brokerage Manager, Ryan focuses on helping insurance brokers grow their business through innovative insurance planning and expanding into new areas. He is dedicated to providing other financial professionals with the highest level of service and top-teir products to compete in high-end markets.
Ryan is a member of the Young Professional Connective of the Mercer County Chamber of Commerce, where he serves on the marketing board. He is also a member of New Jersey Young Insurance Professionals and a board member of the Central Jersey Chapter of the National Association of Health Underwriters.
Ryan graduated from The College of New Jersey where he attained the Outstanding Scholar-Athlete Award. He received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Major in Finance and a Minor in Economics.
